Last weekend was held this year's first outdoor race in Budapest at asphalt track. The weather was not pleasant because when the drivers arrived at the track it was raining. Later in the day the weather improved, so that free practice and the qualifying runs could start. The already low grip track, was now even harder to run and keep the perfect line. But János Birinyi quickly adapted to the track conditions and took the TQ. The finals started in sunny weather, and János won the first main.
In the second main, he dropped down to the third place due to a mistake, so the end of the day was exciting. In the last final the weather broke again and the rain hit the track, which made the track a bit slippery. János took the advantage of his carâ™s stability to take home the victory.
